in our little glimpse of yesterday

do we forget

the simple way

that yesterday

was a collection of ins and outs

from here to there

to everywhere

we bound and we leap

just to go back to sleep

and then do it all over again

why not

sit back and notice

for they make up most 

of each day

i mean we wake up

almost the same way
